Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy. You will be asked to choose the quantity required and then you select either CONFIRM to put the item into the shopping cart and continue shopping or CHECKOUT to show that you have finished your selection. You will then be asked for your name, address and payment details.

If you want to remove items before completing the order, just click VIEW CART and follow the instructions. (Please note that if you have previously selected the CONFIRM button, those items will be in the cart. You can remove them at any time before checking out by following this procedure.)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you do not want to use our secure online payment service, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax or letter. The contact details are shown below.

The processes involved in using online shopping sites are similar to using a trolley in a supermarket. When you click the 'Buy' button, you will be asked to select the quantity required and then you have the choice to go straight to CHECKOUT and pay for your goods, or you select CONFIRM to carry on shopping.

When you have selected your final item you select CHECKOUT.
Shipping And Handling

Postage and packing charges will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. The pictures are supplied unframed. If you want us to frame them and send them complete, then please contact us and we will provide a quotation.
Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days.
Back Orders

The items on this website are available for purchase through other outlets. If the picture you wish to purchase has been sold through other channels, we will inform you and give the option to cancel your order or exchange it for another picture.
Tax Charges

No further tax charges are due.
Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Any case of dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the consignment.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of Perishable Products, Personalised Products or Sealed Products where the seal has been broken.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. Our liability will be limited to the replacement or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper handling.

All goods are to be returned at your expense.

If you need to return any goods, please wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund on goods which are damaged during return transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
